The Origin

"We didn't just build a helicopter. We sculpted the air."

Hungarocopter is the manifestation of a singular vision. Gábor Farkas, Chief Designer and visionary, sought to create a machine where the boundaries between pilot and sky dissolve.

The HC-02 is not mass-produced; it is crafted. Every curve of the carbon fuselage, every weld in the steel frame serves a purpose: to deliver an unadulterated experience of flight that is safe, efficient, and profoundly beautiful.

Global Market Readiness

German DULV Certified

The Hungarocopter HC-02.2 holds the German DULV Type Certificate (No. 1022-26 1, issued 27 March 2026), certified to LTF-ULH, the German airworthiness requirements for ultralight helicopters. The type also holds a Hungarian type approval (No. UH_2026_01/1, issued 30 July 2026) and is approved in Poland: the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) entered it on its list of approved flying device types in July 2026.

Where HC-02 Excels

A certified, capable aircraft ready for the full spectrum of personal and professional aviation.

01

Private Aviation

Weekend touring, personal transport and point-to-point travel — independent of road infrastructure, from any suitable landing site.

02

Aerial Photography

Stable hover and a low-vibration airframe suit cinematic, survey, inspection and mapping work.

03

Agricultural Monitoring

350 km range and economical fuel consumption make comprehensive field inspection and crop monitoring missions highly cost-effective.

04

Film & Media

The low-noise rotor design of the HC-02 reduces acoustic interference, which suits broadcast, documentary and film production.

05

Flight Training

DULV type-certified. Forgiving flight characteristics, modern avionics and an optional removable passenger-side collective make a practical dual-control trainer for UL helicopter licence candidates.

06

Patrol & Surveillance

Compact footprint, low noise signature and 350 km range suit border, infrastructure and wildlife monitoring without requiring a dedicated airfield.
